The recent announcement is not doing any favour to the SP.. are the investors/traders waiting for something else? It's not a cheap capital raising, is it??
Tincom's $1.5mill (well it's not that TINCOM is paying ESI, they are buying some shares) will be used in FS.. so ESI will need money to do 'aggressive' marketting, which aggressively hurts long term holders!
