Hey, if I owed them a million dollars I bet they'd have the time to think I was important enough to call back! It is called courtesy and a well run business would think that everyone who calls their office is worthy of a response. I've said it once and i'll say it twice, how the hell do they know that I would have no significance to them or anyone I know, never ASSUME anything! Of course they should be devoting 99% of their time to this deal, but leave the other 1% open to still keep some sort of "reputation" for the company!!
