DD, I'd agree completely with your assessment.
Based on previous cases FIRB is a non issue here but many posters think otherwise.
Disclosure to ASX will take place after signing of contracts, subject to FIRB just a formality.

All we can do is wait.

Foreign parties departed for Melbourne start of this week.
So they are in town today.
Documents executed tomorrow morning. Tomorrow is Wednesday.
MEO noticed received late morning..... maybe afternoon.
All will then be revealed.
Press release/briefings.
Followed by big lunch.....maybe dinner.
Everybody very happy.
