Generally, the flow rate will drop till the flow is stabilised. Other factors like formation, pressure etc., will drive the flow rate stabilisation.
You are 100% correct. INP should connect ALL the wells and make a sensitive announcement selling themselves to the punters and the wide world. Basically the management should sell themselves pretty hard.
However, I'm not that technical to substantiate my comments, it's purely based on observation from other oil companies who went from developers to producers.
