Since the last shareholder update on 7th June 2016 there have only been 2 annoucements...1) Analysts update and 2) Appendix 4c which has seen diddly squat "new" information. That is over 10 weeks devoid of updated information, and absolutely no comment.....the only conclusions that I can draw are 2 options 1) nothing to report or 2) very deep into meaningful negotiations. Given the options I favour and that 2) is the option. Why ? Simple, the feedback from several HC posters who have contacted SUD management have all come back with the same comment.. NO CR....not having asked that particular that question myself I will take the feedback as being correct. unlikely to be a CR.....in which case the next option would be some sort of a cash upfront deal, in which case all is good and NO CR.
Don't consider any other option.
