PRR has money in the bank now for Phase 111 ....
... Nasdaq listing is not high on the priority list ... at the moment ... and saving money by not doing the compliance and paying the fees ...... all helps
... remember that in the US accounts go in end August ... maybe there may be some leaning not to list until after then .... to save costs of compliance and fees and lessen the onerous paperwork ....
...management wise .... they would still be tying up the Cap raising
... not to mention the phase 111 patient enrolments
.. listing will bring in new interest ... and no doubt share price appreciation
... all in good time
