I guess I would do the same if you have the ACCC determining your price and making you wholesale, why bother? It costs money to deliver new technology and why bother when the regulations prevent it.
This is why you don't see TLS' competitors spending their own money on new technology. Just wait for the ACCC to hand it too you on a plater.
