I have a hold on TLS only because it is roughly 20% of my investment portfolio. Otherwise a buy at these prices.
I note TLS don't intend to build the nbn and their delivery of faster broadband is slower than we might expect, but perhaps there is a very clever reason.
I read about computer chip makers some years ago whereby they released technology in steps, even though the next level of technology was (or was almost) available. It seems the marketing people had a clever plan. See, some people need the greatest and latest, so they buy the best available. Then they uy again when the next level of technology is available. Think Palm Pilots to PDA to iPhone... The chip makers then got repeat sales to the same customers, wherreas if they had released the absolute latest available technology, only one sale was available.
