Based on figures obtained from the half yearly report to 31/12/10, there should be no need for a capital raising.

As at 31/12/10 cash position $1,132,939
Income to 13/5/11 approx. $150,000
Total: $1,282,939
Less wages and costs to 13/5/11 approx. $350,000
Outstanding balance: $932,934.
It appears that there are no major costs with any other projects, with the exception of Fausse Point, which can be funded with some existng funds, and perhaps a farm-out of less than 10%.

I believe that Verus is in a reasonable shape.
