do you think house prices will sink that much,,l think 30 percent is reasonable considering its not fair for people who cant buy into the market,,biggest problem is banks where doing 95 percent to 100percent no deposit loans,,good think about australia is there is a shortage of houses so to speak,,geez at 18 bucks it would be a pretty good buy l reckon
