Just as good stocks can't go up indefinately, good stocks won't go down indefinately. I think this resource down turn is purely a correction after running too far, too fast. May have to eat my words here, but i would be very surprised to see falls in commodities drop any further than they have today. These drops were substantial and i feel sure that the opportunity to return to the resources sector again over the next few days at these prices will be too tempting. We're still early days in a bull resource market - what may happen is that the rises in commodity prices and resource stocks may now resume a steadier growth path rather than the frenetic one of the past few months. Poor quality stocks will also be shaken out now and find it harder to bounce back. Pna still has a strong future ahead of it.
