What oil isn't going anywhere mate ? I'm not sure if you realise but exploration drilling needs to occur prior to oil being discovered.
Is it too much to expect that an exploration company should be focussing on following up where millions have already been spent on identifying prospects ?
How about they find a themselves a JV partner for Senegal and continue on with the job of exploring where both 2d and 3D seismic surveys have already been completed ?
How about that ?
