As you may be aware the company has entered into an EXPLORATION PHASE re its Senegal blocks. If they were to use nearolgy during the entire exploration phase instead of drilling .. what affect do you think that would have ?
Below is a snippet from FAR's announcement dated 13/02/2012
"The PSC terms specify the requirement to drill a well within two years of entering the renewal period backed by a surety of US$5 million that is forfeitable in the event of non-performance."
