From my communications with the company on this, I get the impression that they believe that the SP should be much higher and it is only because of our (investors) limited understanding of how the industry works that it is as low as it has been. we take our assumptions from our daily dealings and investments in other industries, i.e, that contracts need to be signed before we have 100% confirmation, and we get a SP at these levels.

They almost laugh at you when you ask them how long it will be before the contract is signed.

My guess is that once the contracts are signed then you see a lot more positive movement here. I am also guessing that instos etc wont touch it till they do have that confirmation. If you are already a holder then you are in the box seat. the key is to keep you head while everyone else around you is losing theirs.

but the steps they are taking clearly indicates that management are not concerned.
