mitis I am guessing iron ore grades of 50% are ok in this instance as they could direct ship the ore with the vinadium in it to a chineese blast furnace (similar to what Pelican were looking to do with high Fe saprolite that has nickle in it.
So basicly the chineese pay for the vinadium and get the iron ore for free.
I Know I am way out of my depth here and way out on a limb and its just a guess. This would mean faster cash flow as no processing plant needed in Australia.
One thing when comparing % vanadium in the ore with other potential miners is that one should look at rock hardness and how hard it is to seperate out the vinadium from the rest of the ore.
