    OAK CEO Brett Pointon was quoted saying the following in an article that appeared in today's AFR:

    "The business travel market into Brisbane from February to June was down significantly. It hurt our market. There won't be anything built in Brisbane for the next three to four years. The reason there is no new accommodation in Brisbane is because none of the developers can get any money."
