Origin said it had agreed to extend the bidding consortium’s exclusivity to January 16 “to enable it to finalize
its due diligence over the holiday period with a view to signing binding transaction documents as soon as possible thereafter”
Naturally the usual ACCC etc. delays thereafter. Followed by the very interesting fight for Rafael.
