They(APG)wouldn't be looked upon as being very honest if they were to put an announcement out in the last few days of the third quarter, stating commissioning has begun. Had we had any problems rain for example in the last three months then commissioning would definitely have been commencing in the forth Quarter. Basically I'm saying we need an announcement out real soon. An updated announcement preferably with photos.
