So what's going on with these "conditional" takeovers the company has been trumpeting? Share price now is in a very slow death spiral.

I see the CFO has gone, replaced by a guy who's looking at expanding into plastic surgery. I've said before, this just seems like a dumb strategy...I can't see any synergies, and I think plastics is inherently poorly suited to corporatisation.
