the aim of delivering sustainable production of 100 to 150
thousand ounces of gold per year at a cost of less than
$1,000 per ounce over 10 years."
So if you are right in saying that "it will cost another $400 per ounce per year for admin and other costs" then that equals an extra 40 to 60 mil a year??
