I forgot to mention that at any time Twiggy can exec his options to generate an extra $46Mil (I think it is roughly that amount > 115mil x 40c) for POS. As his charity is sitting on over $45mil of FMG shares.
This could also be used if Norslik are after extra $.
Plenty of backups IMO.
