Nolly
Perhaps some educating on the finer details of the MOU from one of the "know alls" is in order,
The MOU with NFC comprises of 3 aspects. Firstly, facilitating funding from Chinese banks. Secondly mine construction by NFC and thirdly and somewhat most importantly is the 20% divestment of Citronen to NFC. So in order to keep this real simple, the more management can raise from the 20% divestment then the less dilution for all of us. Now it's a well known fact that the POZ is going to go a lot higher especially once the refined inventories draw down, and guess what? the Chinese are fully aware of this, so of course they are sweating on a deal before the POZ moves higher. Remember the higher the POZ the more leverage management have for the sale meaning less dilution.
So in actual fact for JD to be holding off signing a deal until POZ goes higher makes good business sense to me and no doubt all the "know alls" out there.
