He has done this before. This means he has sold on his first act of the trade and is looking to buy back in to complete the second act. Glad to know his buy orders will be somewhere in the screens.
The problem is if enough fools follow suit, the trade works i.e. everyone tries to sell, the share price falls.
Hence my reference, they are merely bugs waiting to be splattered by the freight train that is coming. These people look at past patterns, not what is around the corner.
