Yeah, pretty much anything of value after 4 months of literally nothing - all these companies claim they're busy - busy doing what?
Then they blame the government for being so slow - which I'm very sure they are. But we have to be running low on excuses here - something/anything must have happened in 4 months to materially progress COI toward production......?
