kop1000 ... in fairness the MFS, those that state the company was misleading in regards to its debt position at June 2007 are wrong (with this criticism primarily being from the media).
The financials clearly state that Stella is classified as an asset held for sale (hence is put in with the current assets) with the associated liabilities classified as current due to the expected sale. These refer to Note 9 that you'll find on page 58. This actually states that the Stella liabilities held for resale are actually $1.33 billion.
