    so the net result is that they sold 65% of Stella for 100% of the debt leaving a 35% share which will be equity accounted for on the books (whatever that means).

    What has happened to the $1 bil in equity they used to put Stella together?

    Am I missing something or is this a $1 bil HOLE?
