ZMan you do realise that not all liabilities are interest bearing/classified as debt don't you??

I do not agree with the accounting treatment, particularly since the sale was not 100% certain. If sale contracts had been exchanged at the balance date that is a different story. Transparency is an important guiding principle of the accounting standards and this was not followed imo.
