re: news - not good news i think what you'll find is that they've been given the word and they're rushing around to try and restructure themselves. If they can't - D Day. The restructure could take any form - a debt for equity swap if the creditors are happy with the way the company is going or a further capital raising from existing shareholders which may go some way to paying off the bank debt. Either way, existing shareholders are f*cked.

I cannot see anything other than bad news here - you don't request a suspension from official quotation for nothing. If it were good news I would have thought that would have been made more apparent quickly.

It doesn't look good at all. My opinion.
