No update after the 5th September deadline for DD on Ruane's stock.. Does this mean it has all gone through and AXF Resources are now EAR's top shareholders..
It would seem that way because they already announced Notice of Initial Substancial Holder. If it had not been the case, then they should have already announced the failure of such a transaction due to it being market sensitive.
So whats next? Interested that the board or the TO party have neither made any further statements. I guess both might have been waiting on the closure of the transfer of Ruane's stock which, according to the original conditions published in the announcement, should have closed Friday 5th Sep..
At least the share price seems to be dribbling north...
Looking forward to further transparency on these events this week.
