re the takeover attempt - i dnt think there is any takeover theory going on in Nido simply bcoz there is a lot of soverign risk with Nido..it's not just another oil coy..takeover simply means dealing with the govt directly where as atm the v have jocot who is an ex-under-sec. of the oil ministry //so imo there is no hostile takeover without the supportt of the board and frankly I dnt see the board selling out when they can themselves do what the others want to do..
it's still selling by Mass Mutual//may be they havn't finished// or may be some other shareholders are selling/?who knows!
