agree takeover is rubbish.
on the t1 update, this will happen when it is required. if something was wrong we would have heard about it by now. they are imo just being thorough and not rushing things.
as for KIK moving down 3cents, that stock can move alot more as the register is alot smaller and nowhere near as liquid as ndo. 1 buyer or seller can move the stock 3c with less than 1m shares.
