Strange for a company based so heavily on the understanding of the importance of presentation to not get out ahead and manage the customers' (shareholders) expectations. Sitting in the back room not picking up the phone to make a few calls doesn't instill confidence. I bought at what was a rock bottom price and now I'm in the red. Time for the management to put down their cafe latte double decaf with an espresso twist and start earning their pay.
