I'm pretty disappointed in the lack of information we're getting out of Avexa. these were the people who made a huge song and dance at the EGM about how they were going to be different to Drona and better than CZD by keeping shareholders up to date with progress reports and regular updates on programs like ATC. Of course, ATC was the number one issue and these guys told us how they were organising a meeting with the FDA and would keep shareholders informed as things happened. They did the right thing by arranging a meeting and announcing that in a release late last year, but here we are in mid Feb and not a word. Why are they not coming out and telling us what is happening. The share price is sitting there at 4c and showing no signs of moving. I would like them to address the following:

    1. Has the meeting with the FDA been held yet?
    2. If it has, what has happened? Was the news positive or negative? Was advice given about the pathway forward to registration of this drug? What patient group is it being positioned to target? Are avexa and the FDA on the same page with where we need to go next with this.
    3. If the meeting has not yet been held, when will that happen? Is it possible to let shareholders know about the agenda for the meeting?)
    4. What is the progress with big pharma? Are they in discussions? Do the discussions hinge on FDA discussions or are their other sticking points? Does the company see those sticking points as a serious problem that might mean the program should be cancelled or are they readily addressed and seen as such by all parties - -ie is the ATC program still alive.
    5. If ATC does get dumped (lets hope not) then what is the board's contingency plan for the money that is sitting there? Have they looked at other options? What are they?
    6. What is happening with the other programs Avexa was looking at partnering or has partnered? Now I see a post about Avexa's investment in Allied looking good - that's great news, but why isn't it Avexa telling us about this - they should be shouting it from the roof tops and letting us shareholders know about it?

I and others understand that Avexa can't put everything into the public domain but its time to pull the finger out and put SOMETHING out there to keep the members informed. As the company chairman said in 2010...the company his committed to improving communication with shareholders. From what I've heard, the management are doing a good job but it is time to start communicating more.
