markets closed still no news. to be fair i guess Eoin has till about 6pm tonight to lodge any ann but i'm not holding my breath.
it seems we are at the mercy of MK and TTY.
Our guys need to work out pretty quickly, MK doesn't care less about anyone else right now. about time we appointed our own reciever on the same "just in case" basis TTY did.
one question i posed to ER in my unanswered email is did MK recieve any employee incentive options during his tenure with IRL? does anyone know the answer to this?
i also asked if the answer was yes, then would IRL now move to cancel those options on the basis MK no longer works for the company.
my feeling is we need to be as ruthless with him as he is threatening to be with us and TTY
