So there's a change in voting power which shows nothing unusual except that KS still owns (roughly) the same number of shares. But, thanks to the buyback, he has more voting share than before. But really, geez, once you've hit 50% why bother.
Actually it looks like he has 2000 more than in January. Maybe he was cleaning the change out of his wallet.
Meanwhile the buyback ticks along at 1.20 or so and we all hold our breath to see if China holds up. Or Europe falls apart. Or whatever.
