    Had the Chinese dealt with us many moons ago, when Platinum price was lower, instead of stonewalling stonefaced they might have begun to develop a mine site by now.

    NO, bugger them we have held tight and will insist on any deal including a premium now for their bloody mindedness.

    NB:
    *NKWE have a Construction Project Manager in place since they oversaw a cockup the first time around. According to his LinkedIn page (below screenshot) his brief is "..to fix it up".
