I tend to agree with your sentiments Strike.

One thing the share market – or maybe life itself – teaches us is great humility.

I’ve had some big paydays --- and some considerable losses.

I try to put myself into a position were I have the chance of making good money --- and then the outcome lies in the hand of the Gods –so to speak.

LYC looked a good shot – although it has been painfully obvious they had some sort of problem with funding as the price collapsed from 1.40 or so.

We could have sold --- we can all be clever with hindsight --- but if you always play the cut and run game you miss the big ones.

The management of LYC are a proven team and have considerable personal holdings in the stock.

That said and done – I don’t think they were as open and forth coming as I would have hoped.

We will see what happens --- I don’t like losing money myself and it gives me no pleasure to see others in the corner.

Never buy on margin or borrow for shares and make sure we are carrying enough fat to be able to afford our losses.

I hope we get a good outcome from this current suspension --- at the very worst you would think they would be able to put the development on some sort of Care and Maintenance basis --- and at best the funds will come through and LYC will be back on its merry way.
