i would imagine if funding is difficult and works are delayed there will be some demanding ree desperados out there unashamedly throwing themselves at limited supply which could only have an upward effect on prices which could only make lynas look more attractive . unless im completly wrong . speaking of being optimistic (probly wrong) there maybe another party interested in funding them with a more competitive offer lol
