another thing , its almost as if china is creating room in the market for lynas to fill , it almost feels like an act of good faith within the resource trading ties that have developed . Just before lynas deadline the 9th china cuts its quota 34% then a few days later the final offtake agreement goes thru for lynas on the 13th to complete bond offtake requirements before th 31st . you have to admit that worked out well
