Called office last week and got a call back from company secretary, a new board is being formed, 2 australian directors being identified, new funding being sourced to satisfy ASX requirements. Was told could be finalised within a month if all all goes well and hence asx announcement to comfirm. If you have any further questions as a shareholder, nothing should stop you from calling them and finding out whats going on. I do it all the time.

Could be life in this old dog yet (for moly's sake!)

Hello Fang. Used Moggie ,and all,Firstly thanks for Your thoughts during my recent Five weeks in hosiptal with major Heart surgery.

Well all, when 'on my feet a bit at home late last week',I also phoned the Company and voluntered to serve as a Non Exec. Director and was given the impression by the Company that would not be necessary because a 'party' was interested in RCP and that 'Party' would probably like to fill the Two vacant Director positions on the RCP Board and that I should watch for A.S.X. Announcements by RCP.
