It should have been clear to all that this week's hearing was only directional and therefore nothing to be shared publicly.
We wait until mid next month .... in the mean time management get paid, the Lind facility gets exercised, share price now back to 0.008 territory and I dare say we'll see pressure to 0.007 or slightly lower before the next legal hearing .....
In case anyone accuses me of down ramping, I am a holder ... we just need to be patient and hope some deal can be struck prior to xmas as drill results will be 6-12 months away at best and more capital will need to be given to fund drill OPEX requirements and lead upto activities there too.
