It seems like forever now since CQU suspended trading on the ASX. Presumably, if the company found itself insolvent the Directors should immediately inform their owners (the shareholders) - or I am being naive. If this is true, then it follows that the Company is not insolvent at the present time. Nor is is it particularly solvent otherwise the stock woudl be trading and an announcement made. Bottom line is that it could still go either way.
Does anyone have any factual information?
We are not getting anything from our employees.
