The new Board has definitely trimmed the fat and excess so far as admin expenses are concerned - lower Directors' fees (the 2 non-execs voted to have their fees substantially reduced) cheaper premises, one less Director and so on. As for MF, well he must like what he has seen since Sep last year when he first came in so as to come in again - 1.2c (6c) initially then 1.4c (7c).
Bronwyn Barnes was, so we were told, MF's nominated Director on the Board when he first subscribed. A contact that I have in Perth tells me that she is certainly not a stooge for MF - independent and forthright!
