Then reconcile the "April deadline" that the company stated with the facts now: No funding and the end of May is almost here.

At some point in time they are going to have to convert those 'virtual' orders to ones with real cash behind them or they will be cancelled.

Nope, they have had more than five years to get everything falling into place and so far the only two things that are falling are:

1. The share price

2. The % ordinary shareholders own in the company, ie dilution.

Enough is enough.

And IF for some reason that funding does come through and the share price zooms up, I'll have to figure out if I'll sell as with any Elk plan there will be problems, delays, and other unforeseen faults and that is based on a past proven record at the company.
