just a thought there,managing the different stages of a project generally requires different skill sets.

gs was the man to piece together a jigsaw puzzle and certainly had the experience to provide a valuable contribution ,i would suggest it most likely his work is complete.

rather than shoved out he has moved on even if it means relaxation ,we are now at the next most crucial stage of negotiating to move to production by the most affordable means.

given the lengthy diatribe regarding transport on hc and
the reality of final obstacles to overcome then it seems reasonable that a suitable candidate with skin in the game would be preferable .

so i would suggest the most likely scenario is availability of the candidate , i would be fairly confident they have someone in mind, to start the next phase of negotiations--- it could be a while given the headwinds rail infrastructure faces from court hearings and appeals ,studies to support the various contractual arguments etc,etc.

these matters are outside the control of FMS management.

so be patient i am sure it is just as frustrating for them
