An open letter to the PPK Chairman
I’ve been so insulted by you and your board’s despicable treatment visited on me as a trustee of a Self Managed Super Fund shareholder.
Failure to keep shareholders informed of progress or even lack of progress since PPK went into a “trading  halt” so breaches the Companies published disclosure obligations I felt you must have forgotten them. So to help I’m sending you a copy taken from the website.
If you wanted to, you could have plenty to say without revealing confidential information. Your silence speaks volumes. Shareholders must be such an inconvenience.
I must say though, it was good to discover that the office is still there and staff is answering the telephone.
SHAREHOLDERS COMMUNICATION POLICY
1   INTRODUCTION
1.1 PPK recognises the right of shareholders to be informed of matters, in addition to those prescribed by law which
affects their investment in the company.
2    PPK’S DISCLOSURE FRAMEWORK
2 1 In keeping with the objective of effectively communicating with its shareholders, PPK has developed this policy
which confirms its commitment to:

• dealing fairly, transparently and openly with both current and prospective

o shareholders;

• the use of available channels and cost effective technologies to reach shareholders who may be

o geographically dispersed and in order to communicate promptly with all shareholders and

• facilitating participation in shareholders meetings and dealing promptly with shareholders enquires.

Please don’t keep up the insults, break out and start complying with PPK’s Communication Policy
Regrettably some shareholders might have already decided where the board’s interests lie. Don’t let them confirm their deepest fears!
