This is a simple analysis of what I'd like to look for in breakouts. Notice how it broke out of the trend line and then came back to retest the trend line only to face rejection. On a pure technical point of view I see big jumps to come.
From a fundamental point of view, I am thoroughly confused and hope that good news is on the horizon.
