    In 1999, Reefton had the same problem trying to get the diamonds license renewed. And during that time, they were pleading for a renewal on the basis that their existing license came from an illegal company who's CEO's have since been jailed for illegal operations on the skeleton coast.

    If Namibia can approve license from that situation, I don't see any reason why they wouldn't get the nuclear license...
