No I havent been around CKK for that long so am unaware of this. I hear good things thru other channels but I know nothing is set in concrete until contracts are signed & consideration transferred.
I did stress today & I'm sure the Company is firmly aware of continuous disclosure in terms of legal requirements, to keep shareholders on side, to scotch false rumours, to protect the SP & for directors & management's reputation. (I went to an Exco meeting last night re an asset sale where the MD stressed the importance of this very thing)
I'll be watching the SP closely for any indications of movement from here on.
