Good question Scotty.

I asked someone this exact question inside the industry.

Firstly, I believe the holdup with any formal release by Jacka has nothing to do with the completion of PVD buying their own shares.

Secondly, I believe PVD probably has calculated the small window they have and are buying with their ears pinned back while they can.

My opinion is, (and as per my summing up from the AGM) we should all be joining them.
